With over 40 years of playing and coaching experience, Coach Jerry founded FTP Sports in 2005.

After many years of working closely with children and observing their challenges and fears, Coach Jerry developed the Mind–Heart–Motion approach.

He integrated this approach into the three FTP Sports programmes.

Coach Jerry believes before you teach a child, you must first win their heart.

When a child feels safe and enjoys the process, they open up.

When they open up, growth begins.

That is how children learn best.
