  • You may, however, visit our website anonymously. We will collect personal identification information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us.

  • More extensive details (eg. date of birth, residential address, NRIC, etc) are required when you register or enrol your child for our programmes, upon filling out a registration or enrolment form, be it online or in physical form.

  • To facilitate the administrative process - Information you provide is required in registering and enrolling your child(ren) in the programme, and in the ongoing administrative and logistical process throughout the entire programme.

  • To improve our programmes - We may use feedback you and your child(ren) provide to assist us as we constantly strive to improve in the delivery of our programmes and communications with you.

  • To process payments - We may use the information you provide to process fees collections and payments smoothly. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

  • To keep open communication with parents/guardians - We may communicate with you from time to time regarding your child(ren)'s progress in our programmes unless otherwise instructed via any media be it email, phone, text messaging, social media platforms, etc.

  • To send periodic emails - We may use email addresses provided to send you information about other programmes you may be interested in and pertinent information (eg. promotions, surveys). Email addresses are also used to respond to your enquiries and other requests. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions within each email or you may contact us via our website or email with your request.

  • To improve our website experience - We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our website. Feedback you provide may also be used to improve web content and other services.
