Your understanding of our Terms of Service is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed these Terms in order for you to understand how we conduct our programmes and manage our business. The following lists our Terms of Service, which applies to all programmes offered by FTP Sports Pte Ltd and the use of this website www.fittoplay.sg.
Definitions
"Fit To Play" and "Glory Academy" are brands under FTP Sports Pte Ltd (company registration no. 201224377C).
"Programme" refers to any course, training session, camp, event or activity organised and operated by and through FTP Sports Pte Ltd.
"Terms of Service" and "Terms & Conditions" refer to the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to herein.
"We" and "Our" refer to FTP Sports Pte Ltd and its brands.
"You" and "Your" refer to the parent/guardian of the child registering/registered for any Fit To Play or Glory Academy programmes, and/or the website user.
"Our website" refers to www.fittoplay.sg.
Programmes
We reserve the right to readjust programme schedules, postpone or cancel any activities, and replace coaches.
While reasonable precautions will be taken, FTP Sports Pte Ltd and its coaches will not be responsible or in any way liable for any death, disability, personal injury, loss of property or any loss howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever at any time during the course of the entire programme.
Any preexisting medical condition (including learning disability, dietary restrictions and allergies, etc) must be declared upon registration and enrolment.
We reserve the right to communicate with parents/guardians unless otherwise instructed via any media be it email, phone, text messaging, social media platforms, etc. However, all information provided during registration and enrolment both online and in physical form are held in strict confidence as stated in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to use all materials such as photos and videos taken during training sessions on our social media platforms and in electronic or print marketing of our programmes, unless otherwise instructed. This also covers any verbal, written and video testimonials from parents/guardians/children, for which we may request from time to time.
Fees & Payment
The child is eligible to attend the programme only upon receipt of full payment due prior to its commencement.
There will be no fee refund given should any child be absent or withdrawn from the programme, or should sessions be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Some of our programmes require a one-time administrative charge, collectable upon registration. This is only applicable to new sign-ups for a particular programme. A separate one-time administrative charge may or may not be imposed when enrolling in subsequent programmes, subject to our discretion.
From time to time, we may offer promotions and discounts for our programmes. These are subject to and must be used in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of that promotion and these Terms & Conditions herein.
Some of our programmes offer a tiered sibling discount. The discounts apply only to the second sibling onwards within the immediate family. Sibling discounts do not apply to the first child, to extended relatives (eg. cousins) or friends.
Payment of fees and other charges may be made via crossed cheque made out to "FTP SPORTS PTE LTD" or via interbank transfer. Payment in cash may be made in person.
Information
No content from this site should be reproduced without our explicit permission, and this includes but is not limited to our writing, photographs, videos or programme information. However, you are welcome to share our web pages by way of internet links.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By using this website and registering for our programmes, you are acknowledging your full acceptance of and agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service or Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
